Department of Education and Skills, the upper Education Authority is delighted to supply up to sixty Government of eire (GOI) International Education Scholarships to pursue Bachelors, Master or Doctor of Philosophy levels programme.
The HEA encompasses a statutory responsibility, at the central government level, for the effective governance and regulation of upper education establishments and also the education system.
Applicants whose maternal language isn’t English ar sometimes needed to produce proof of proficiency in English at the upper level needed by the University to get these International Education Scholarships.

Course Level: International Education Scholarships are available to pursue Bachelors, Master or PhD levels programme.
Study Subject: The offer is open to all fields of Education Studies.
Nationality: Students from non-EU/EEA countries
Number of Scholarships: Up to 60 scholarships are available.

Entrance Requirements: To be eligible for this scholarship you must meet the following requirements:
Experts should have a broad knowledge of the international education agenda both from Irish and European perspectives as well as experience in project management. An ability to meet tight deadlines is also necessary. The HEA will draw from this pool as needed. Inclusion in the pool of evaluators does not indicate a commitment to appoint any member for tasks in this area.
English Language Requirements: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.
